Former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will have her storied career in sports acknowledged at the Arnold Classic Expo on March 3. As part of the moment, the trailblazing mixed martial artist and Olympic Judo medalist will be awarded her 6th degree black belt in the martial art.
Ronda Rousey is a UFC superstar, Olympic Judo medalist and now a WWE star. In a culmination of her illustrious career in sports, Rousey will be inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame on March 3 as part of the Arnold Classic Expo.
As reported by MMA weekly, Steve Scott, vice chairman of the National AAU Judo Program, will also be awarding the former UFC champion her 6th degree black belt in Judo. AnnMaria De Mars, mother to Ronda Rousey, will be honored with her 7th degree black belt alongside her daughter.
