Former UFC bantamweight champion and women’s mixed martial arts trailblazer Ronda Rousey put things in high gear during her first appearance on WWE’s Monday Night Raw. Now the Olympic medalist has come forward with a message concerning the recent appearance.
Ronda Rousey has not competed inside the octagon since 2016. That being said, Rousey has been filling her time in other ways. Most recently, Rousey made her debut as a professional wrestler on WWE’s Monday Night Raw.
Following an eventful contract signing in which the former UFC title holder slammed Triple H into a table, Rousey made sure to leave an impact on Monday night.
Kurt Angle tried to smooth things over with the Olympian, but received a similar treatment to Triple H. Now Rousey has come forward with a statement over the night’s event. Check it out below:
“1st day on the job… @stephaniemcmahon slaps me…
2nd day on the job… my fellow Olympian @therealkurtangle, an American hero with pneumonia, gets sucker punched by @tripleh … This is far from over.”
