Sage Northcutt Puts On "Super" Flashy Performance, Wins In Texas

Team Alpha Male warrior Sage Northcutt is now stepping inside the octagon for his next big UFC performance. The 21-year-old has yet to be defeated inside the lightweight division, with a total record of 9-2.

Now the mixed martial arts phenom is facing off against Thibault Gouti. The two fighters are stepping inside the octagon in Austin, Texas for UFC Fight Night 126. Check out the UFC results from their intense octagon war down below.

The octagon war opened with a bang. Northcutt kicked things off with a furiously fast jab, before being momentarily stunned by his opponent’s counter.

Northcutt then quickly slammed his opponent into the canvas and dished out some brutal ground and pound before Gouti could make it back to his feet. The two mixed martial arts warriors then entered a patient exchange of strikes, with both fighters ending the round on their feet.

Northcutt poured on the pressure in the opening moments of the second round. Gouti managed to take Northcutt to the ground, but Northcutt minimized his opponent’s ground and pound and made it back to his feet.

Gouti locked in another takedown, with Northcutt scooting his way to the fence and then back to his feet. With just under a minute left in the round, Northcutt began to tee off on his opponent from the standing position.

The fighter began stalking Gouti and landing a series of brutal jabs, putting a positive end on the round for the Team Alpha Male warrior.

The final round opened up with a fury. Northcutt fired off a headkick that brought the fight to a momentary pause.

The referee stopped the contest to check out the eye of Gouti, as the fighter allegedly suffered a toe to the eye from the strikes. After checking the fighter’s eye, the match was aloud to bet back to the action.

With just under four minutes left in the round, Northcutt was taken down by his opponent but quickly made his way back to his feet without suffering any significant damage. After a moment of inactivity against the fence, the referee elected to separate the fighters.

Northcutt quickly rushed his opponent against the fence, before letting off an onslaught of blows. The fighter ended the fight with a powerful cartwheel kick. This one has gone the distance.
