It would appear that former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and Alliance MMA’s Jeremy Stephens are looking to face off inside the octagon at the UFC’s next visit to Singapore.
Jose Aldo and Jeremy Stephens have been looking to lock down a fight for some time now. A new report claims that Aldo has since accepted a fight contract to face off against the mixed martial arts warrior at UFC Fight Night 132.
As reported by Combate, Aldo’s manager and head coach Andre Pederneiras revealed that Aldo signed the contract.
“Jeremy Stephens asked for the fight against Aldo. Three days ago, the UFC gave us a fight at UFC-Singapore as an option for Aldo’s return. (On Friday) we accepted it, and we’re just waiting on confirmation on the other side and a contract to sign.”
UFC Fight Night 132 goes down June 23 in Singapore.
