Longtime UFC commentating veteran Joe Rogan has put on an illustrious career through the years. While Rogan has never competed inside the octagon, the cage side commentator has some fighting experience of his own.
Before his time as a color-commentator, Rogan explored a series of positions. The individual was once a television host, having hosted Fear Factor and his own show Joe Rogan Questions Everything.
Rogan is also a stand-up comedian, having created multiple popular specials. Of course, the color-commentator was once a professional kickboxer for a short while. Rogan has a black belt in both Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Taking to Instagram, Rogan has now decided to share a video of himself putting in some training on the pads. The video has since taking the internet by storm, earning over 1.3 million views over the social media platform.
