Bellator Bringing Fight Fans Wanderlei vs. Rampage IV, Cro Cop vs. “Big Country” II

It would appear that mixed martial arts promotion Bellator MMA is looking to lock down two high profile match ups for upcoming fight cards. This time around, Roy Nelson and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson are being targeted to each have quite notable opponents.

Bellator MMA recently revealed that mixed martial arts veteran and heavyweight legend Mirko Cro Cop has been signed to fight for the promotion. The first match up for the veteran will be against “Big Country” Nelson at Bellator 200.

The event will take place May 25 and will feature Nelson’s first fight since being knocked out of the Bellator heavyweight grand prix tournament. The exciting match up will mark the second time Cro Cop and Nelson have met inside the cage, as Nelson earned a TKO victory over the fighter back at UFC 137 in 2011.

As reported by gazetadopovo.com, MMA veteran Wanderlei Silva is now working to lock down a rematch against Rampage Jackson under the Bellator MMA banner. Jackson and Silva have throw down on three different occasions already.

Silva has defeated Jackson twice under the Pride promotion, but Jackson managed to knock out Silva in their trilogy rematch at UFC 92. Now Silva is working to lock in a match up against Jackson on a Bellator card in Brazil.
