It’s the season for crossover fights it would seem. And as the world anxiously awaits word on if Floyd Mayweather will really enter the UFC, another boxing champion in Anthony Joshua just threw his name in the mix.
Joshua is the world’s current and most dominant heavyweight boxing champion, and he’s eyeing a UFC fight against Francis Ngannou, even discusses a fight against Jon Jones.
In this new interview, Joshua explains, “A good scrap would be, I think the guy from Congo [Francis Ngannou], he just lost recently. Big unit, that would be a good scrap. Then you’ve got Jon Jones, that would be a good scrap.”
“I’d have to obviously have a couple warm up fights, because you have to learn the submissions and stuff, but a fight’s a fight at the end of the day.”
