For the meantime, Conor McGregor is still the UFC’s lightweight world champion. That simple fact though, is about to change in just two weeks.
McGregor faces getting stripped from his second UFC world title, due to inactivity, and the UFC 223 main event between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson will ultimately decide his replacement.
Don’t feel bad for Conor though, because he’s certainly doing just fine.
Coming off a historic payday in a fight against Floyd Mayweather, McGregor is the most successful UFC fighter in the company’s history.
With money coming in at all angles, McGregor just sent out a new tweet, promoting the UFC’s new Dana White character release on their hit video game, EA UFC 3.
In the tweet McGregor told Dana White to have a seat, because he’s the real boss.
Check it out:
“Sit down Dana, I’m the real boss. The Champ Champ”
