Dillon Danis gained internet fame as the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach for UFC superstar Conor McGregor. With that in mind, the grappling ace turned fighter now as a date set for his mixed martial arts debut.
Dillon Danis recently signed a fight contract with mixed martial arts promotion Bellator MMA. As reported by MMA Fighting, Danis is now set to make his debut under the promotion’s banner at Bellator 198.
The event will take place April 28 inside the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill. Bellator has yet to lock down an opponent for the fighter. However, Danis is expected to compete on the Paramount Network main card for the night.
In preparation for the fight, Danis will be training out of SBG Ireland under the tutelage of head coach John Kavanagh.
