No Longer Under UFC Contract, Cub Swanson Removed From UFC Ranks

UFC featherweight turned free agent Cub Swanson has been officially removed from the UFC top 10 ranks.

Cub Swanson is a mixed martial arts phenom with a slew of stunning performances under his belt. The fighter most recently suffered a tough loss to Brian Ortega at UFC Fight Night 123, pulling the fighter down from a four fight winning streak.

Swanson’s fight contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) reached its end in Dec. 2017, leaving the fighter as a free agent to negotiate a new contract with the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion.

However, since turning to a free agent, Swanson’s spot at #4 in the official UFC featherweight rankings has since been removed. Check it out below:

Cub Swanson has garnered a stunning professional record of 25-8 during his time as a mixed martial artist. The fighter has gone on to defeat the likes of Artem Lobov and Doo Ho Choi during his illustrious career.
