Women’s UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas shocked the world when she finished formerly undefeated title holder Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC 217. With the two mixed martial arts warriors now locked in for a highly anticipated rematch, one of Jedrzejczyk’s former rivals has come to the aid of Namajunas.
While Joanna Jedrzejczyk is undefeated in her mixed martial arts career, the fighter can not say the same about her time as a Muay Thai fighter. In fact, Jedrzejczyk suffered three losses to UFC’s Valentina Shevchenko in Muay Thai events.
Now Shevchenko has taken to Twitter to reveal that she is now supporting Rose Namajunas ahead of the fighter’s next title defense. Check it out below:

Rose Namajunas and Joanna Jedrzejczyk will throw down for their highly anticipated rematch at UFC 223. The event will take place April 7 inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The event will be featured live on pay-per-view.
