UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier has earned a reputation as a bit of a prankster with his teammates over at American Kickboxing Academy. Now AKA’s Khabib Nurmagomedov has decided to return the favor.
“The Eagle” is currently gearing up for a highly anticipated title fight against UFC interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson. The two mixed martial arts warriors are locked in to face off at UFC 223.
The event will take place April 7 inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. While Nurmagomedov is deep in training for the match up, “The Eagle” recently posted a video of himself pranking back his teammate to the internet.
Nurmagomedov and Cormier were riding together, when Cormier fell asleep in his passenger seat. Nurmagomedov decided to take advantage of the situation by smacking the fighter in the face.
