Former WWE Superstar Phil Brooks, better known by his professional wrestling moniker CM Punk, is now rumored to be making an octagon return. With that in mind, the pro-wrestler turned mixed martial artist has opened up as the underdog in the betting odds for the possible match up.
CM Punk made his MMA debut back in 2016, facing off inside the octagon at UFC 203. Punk suffered a brutal defeat to Mickey Gall, that sent the former WWE star back to the drawing board.
Since then, Punk has been deep in training and hopeful for another match up. Now rumors are swirling that negotiations are underway for a match up inside the octagon between Mike Jackson and CM Punk.
The odds makers over at oddsshark.com have since reported opening betting odds for Punk vs. Jackson. Jackson has opened up as a -250 favorite, while Punk is currently the underdog at +195.
