Former women’s UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is now set to face off in her first WrestleMania event. With that in mind, a video of the former UFC title holder’s grueling professional wrestling training has made its way onto the internet.
Ronda Rousey has not competed inside the octagon since going on a two fight losing streak back in 2016. Since then, the trailblazing mixed martial artist has been moving on to new ventures.
Most recently, Rousey signed a contract with professional wrestling titan WWE. Now the fighter is set to make her debut with the promotion at WrestleMania 34.
Competing with Kurt Angle, Rousey will take part in a tag team match up against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon for the event. WrestleMania 34 goes down inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 8, 2018.
In preparation for the match up, Rousey is currently hard in her training. In the video above, the former UFC champion can be seen going through some violent drills inside the squared circle.
