One of the UFC’s best strawweight fighters Tecia Torres is as top tier as it comes in the UFC’s all-female division.
Having only lost to champion Rose Namajunas, and former title challenger Jessica Andrade, the Ultimate Fighter alum is still just inches from a title shot.
Now, in a new post to her Instagram, Torres opens up about her confidence issues. A telling sign that despite her gorgeous appearance, and amazing MMA career, she’s human, just like the rest of us.

Self-Confidence. Such a big word. One of my biggest insecurities is my skin. Although I struggle with it, I am so proud of how fresh it feels today. My scars are a reminder of growing pains, my battles fought in the octagon, and a painful youth that I grew from. We all struggle with our own battles daily, so remember that next time you have a thought about another. Life isn’t easy but it’s so worth the ride!
