The UFC’s Most Ducked Fighter Ever, Finally Books A Fight

UFC welterweight Kamaru Usman is going through a tear within the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The mixed martial arts warrior has not suffered a loss since inside the octagon, having not lost in his career since 2013.

Now 12-1 as a professional fighter, Usman has earned a reputation as a competitor that is always dangerous. With that in mind, Usman’s manager Ali Abdelaziz would go on to claim that Usman is the most avoided competitor within the promotion.

“The most avoided fighter in the ufc today @USMAN84kg everyone’s talking sh*t but I’m talking to the matchmakers daily – masvidol said no, Magny said no, Covington said no, thompson injured, Darren till saying he wants to fight but no contracts coming through”

Well, the UFC has decided to announce that Usman has locked in a new match up for his next octagon performance. As seen within the Twitter message below, Usman is now set to take on Santiago Ponzinibbio.

The two fighters will face off at UFC Fight Night 129. The highly anticipated fight card will take place May 19 in Santiago, Chile.
