The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted another exciting night of fights over the weekend. This time around, the worlds most famous mixed martial arts promotion put on the highly anticipated fight card of UFC Fight Night 127 for fight fans world wide.
The exciting day of fights took place inside the O2 Arena on Saturday, March 17, in London, England. Headlining the show, former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum went toe-to-toe with rising MMA star Alexander Volkov.
Werdum was riding a stunning two fight winning streak, entering the fight as a crowd favorite. Still, Volkov managed to put on a dazzling victorious performance over the former title holder.
Following an octagon war that nearly made it four rounds, Volkov managed to earn a knockout finish over his opponent. Now fighters from the UFC are coming forward over social media to offer their thought’s on Volkov’s victorious performance.
