This weekend’s UFC London event just took an unfortunate hit on just 48-hours notice.
UFC middleweight, turned welterweight fighter Jack Marshman has been pulled from his scheduled bout, after concerns about his weight cut arrised.
The fighter was to make his first attempt at to make the cut down to welterweight, but apparently he came into fight week too heavy, and due to precautionary reasons, was deemed ineligible to proceed.
The fighter was scheduled to fight Brad Scott, and the likelihood of the UFC finding a replacement opponent on such short notice is grim.
UFC London, also known as UFC Fight Night 127, takes place at The O2 in London and streams in its entirety on UFC Fight Pass.
