Tough UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov has allegedly crossed paths with Russian billionaire Ziyavudin Magomedov. Now Magomedov has been detained for alleged connections to organized crime.
Photos of Khabib Nurmagomedov with Magomedov have been making their way around the internet. “The Eagle” can be seen within the pictures below embracing Magomedov and standing next to a vehicle allegedly owned by the billionaire.
As reported by kommersant.ru, co-owner of the Suma group Ziyavudin Magomedov and several other members have been detained for 48 hours. The individuals were detained under the article “fraud committed by an organized group or in a particularly large amount or resulting in the deprivation of the citizen’s right to a dwelling.”
But, reports have claimed that the intended article will escalate to the criminal code referencing “organization of the criminal community or participation in it.” Details on the questioning that occurred during the detainment have yet to be revealed.
