Mixed martial arts promotion Bellator MMA is hosting another exciting night of fights tonight, April 28. This time around, the organization is hosting the highly anticipated fight card of Bellator 198 inside the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
Now heavyweights Adam Maciejewski and Robert Morrow are throwing down for the Rosemont crowd in a battle for division supremacy. Check out the Bellator results down below.
The fight began at a slower pace, as the two fighters sustained a feeling out process for a time. Maciejewski would go on to take his opponent down to the canvas.
The fighter then managed to deliver some punishing ground and pound before the sound of the bell. This was seemingly a dominant performance for Maciejewski.
Maciejewski seemed to be somewhat gassed in the second round, as Morrow retaliated with a vengeance. However, the fighter failed to capitalize on the exchange with a finish.
Morrow began picking apart Maciejewski in the stand up within the final round. Maciejewski was seemingly even more gassed in the final five minutes of the fight.
Morrow was still light on his feet and continued to produce a steady stream of strikes. However, neither fighter was able to land a finish before the sound of the bout ending bell.
This one has gone the distance.
