Fight fans are making their way to the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona today, April 14, for the latest fight card from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion is hosting the highly anticipated fight card of UFC on FOX 29.
Kicking off the night’s preliminary card on FOX, middleweights Krzysztof Jotko and Brad Tavares are throwing down for the Glendale crowd. Check out the UFC results below.
The first round opened at a swift pace, as Tavares and Jotko began trading shots. After spending some time measuring each other’s range and timing, Jotko managed to get a takedown over his opponent.
The second round quickly turned into an all out war, as Tavares slammed Jotko with a stunning knee from against the fence. However, Jotko managed to bloody Tavares’ face with a powerful punch, before suffering the punishing strike.
In the third round, Tavares put a swift end to his opponent with a stunning flurry of strikes.
