MMA’s infamous striking coach Edmond Tarverdyan may make his way back to the big stage for May’s Cinco De Mayo fight featuring GGG.
Edmond Tarverdyan became well known in the MMA world for his work with UFC and WWE Mega-Star Ronda Rousey.
With Canelo Alvarez officially out of the scheduled fight, up on deck in the GGG main event is one of Edmond’s fighters, Vanes Martirosyan, a boxer who hasn’t fought in two years.
The deal is far from official, according to reports. But, Vanes Martirosyan is the frontrunner for the job, putting Edmond Tarverdyan right back in the big show.
