Conor McGregor Breaks Social Media Silence Following Controversial Bus Attack

Former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion Conor McGregor made a lot of noise last week during the UFC’s return to New York.

In what started out as a normal fight week, ended up being the most chaotic series of events in UFC history.

Conor McGregor flew to New York unannounced with the sole mission of laying down an attack on his rival Khabib Nurmagomedov. The UFC super-star rushed the UFC’s media event with an estimated 30 men, caused chaos and injured multiple UFC 223 competitors in the process.

Over the course of the next 24-hours, McGregor would wind up in police custody, facing 21 charges for his part in the UFC bus attack.

Conor McGregor currently has no criminal record, but now faces 19 misdemeanors, and 2 felonies.

Fight fans who are still waiting for an explanation, or a statement from McGregor, will have to wait a little bit longer, because the Irish born fighter has yet to address the situation at all.

He did however break social media silence in the past few hours, which is a start, but his message is just a photo of him and his crew, and the praying hands emoji.

What’s it all mean? Maybe he’s asking for your prayers as he tries to get his career and legal issues back on track.
