Fighter Tries Crazy Double Stomp On Opponent, Doesn’t Get DQ’d

Mississippi hosted an interesting fight night on Saturday, April 28. While Bellator MMA was in Rosemont, Illinois hosting the highly anticipated fight card of Bellator 198, the mixed martial arts promotion V3 Fights was hosting V3 Fights 68 in the southern state.

The night’s co-headliner featured a an unusual ending. Fighters Brian Hall and Jeremy Rogers went toe-to-to in the night’s co-main event, batting it out for division supremacy.

Hall decided to leap into the air and stop on his grounded opponent’s chest with both feet during the fight, a highly illegal maneuver. Still, the fighter was not reprimanded with a loss via disqualification.

Rather, the fight was surprisingly ruled a no contest. Check out footage of the incident within the video below:
