Former women’s UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk is gearing up for an immediate rematch with the only fighter to ever defeat her within her mixed martial arts career. Now only days away from the highly anticipated title fight, Jedrzejczyk is looking more in shape than ever.
Now reigning women’s UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas shocked the world when she finished Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC 217. The fighter earned a TKO finish over Jedrzejczyk within the first round of their match up, earning Namajunas the title in stunning fashion.
Formerly 14-0, Jedrzejczyk will now be looking to avenge the only loss on her record as she faces off against Namajunas in an immediate title fight rematch at UFC 223. The highly anticipated fight night will take place April 7 inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
