UFC flyweight Ray Borg was initially set to face off against Brandon Moreno on the incipient fight card of UFC 223. However, the fighter has since been pulled from the card. Now Borg has come forward with evidence of the injury that forced him out of the event.
Ray Borg was one of many red corner fighters sitting in a UFC bus at the Barclays Center on Thursday when the bus was allegedly attacked by UFC superstar Conor McGregor and a large entourage of the fighter.
Several competitors were injured in the fracas, including Borg. The fighter claimed to have suffered dusts of broken glass in his eye, forcing Borg off of the upcoming fight card.
Now Borg has taken to Twitter to reveal a medical document as proof of his corneal abrasion. Check it out below:
