UFC bantamweight Sean O’Malley has been cultivating a dedicated following of fight fans ever since his debut on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. Now the fighter has his own shirt under UFC’s sponsored sports apparel company Reebok.
Sean O’Malley revealed on the most recent edition of The MMA Hour that he initially had an idea for the shirt in mind that involved imagery of a marijuana leaf. With O’Malley being a vocal user of marijuana, the idea did not seem too far fetched for the fighter.
However, the imagery did not make the cut. O’Malley now has his own Reebok shirt all the same and the item went on sale today, April 20. Perhaps in honor of 4/20, a total of 420 shirts were reportedly manufactured.
While the shirts initially went on sale within the UFC’s online store, sources claim that all 200 of the shirts available sold out within an hour. Check out the stunning shirt design down below:
The @SugaSeanMMA tie-dye T-shirt went on sale today at the UFC’s online store &, according to multiple sources, it sold out in an hour. 200 total. There’s still a few left at @mmawarehouse. They suspect all 420 that were produced will be sold. Remarkable. https://t.co/iStz3Pw9LE
