Daniel Cormier was taking to his day job at the UFC on FOX desk Wednesday, when he was put right in front of the man who’s been calling him out, Alexander Gustafsson.
These two already fought once, and it was a close contested championship match that D.C. won.
Gustafsson has remained vocal about wanting a rematch ever since, but has been more vocal as of late, even calling for an interim title fight while D.C. takes on Stipe Miocic.
In the video above, what started out as fun, wound up pretty awkward. Show co-host Karen Bryant even calling it one of the most awkward interviews of all time.
