Top Prospect Brooke Mayo Gets In Touch With Her Feminine Side

Women’s Bellator flyweight Brooke Mayo has taken to social media to share yet another internet breaking photo with her fans.

Mayo has cultivated a dedicated hoard of fight fans throughout her growing fighting career. The mixed martial artist saw great success in her amateur run within the sport, earning a 5-1 record before making her way to the professional level.

Signed to MMA promotion Bellator MMA, Mayo has since suffered a two fight losing streak. The fighter suffered a third round TKO loss to Veta Arteaga in her Bellator debut, before facing a unanimous decision loss to Kaytlin Neil in her most recent Bellator performance.

I’m sad to inform you all that I had to pull out of my @cxf_mma fight due to an injury. Out of the 16 fights I’ve had, I can honestly say I went into over half those fights with injuries because I was too stubborn to pull out and I didn’t want to let anyone down. At the end of day, I need to put my health and my career first because ultimately I’m the one getting in that cage to fight. This was an extremely difficult decision for me to make because I’ve been so hungry to fight, but my main objective now is to get back to full health so I can put on a show for @bellatormma this year. I will be rehabbing and staying in shape so that I’m ready for whatever comes up. I know I’ll be back stronger than ever.
