Another Fighter Pulls Out Of Upcoming UFC New York Card

It would appear that the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has had to make yet another alteration to the promotion’s upcoming New York card. This time around, fight fans have a different flyweight match up to look forward to.

UFC Fight Night 131 is set to go down June 1 inside the Adirondack Bank Center in Utica, New York. With the fight now drawing closer, the promotion has been forced to make yet another change to the night’s card.

Niko Price was recently forced off of the card, later being replaced by Chance Rencountre for a bout against Belal Muhammed on the night’s card. However, now a flyweight competitor has been replaced for the event.

As reported by Combate’s Raphael Marinho, flyweight Hector Sandoval, has been removed from his match up against Jarred Brooks after suffering a back injury.

Titan FC flyweight and bantamweight champion Jose Torres has signed a fight contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and is now set to take on Brooks at the event for his big octagon debut.
