Arnold Allen Puts On Comeback Of The Night Performance Over Mads Burnell

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is hosting another stunning day of fights on Sunday, May 27. This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion is in Liverpool, England for the highly anticipated fight card of UFC Fight Night 130.

Two-time former UFC welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson will be taking on Liverpool’s own Darren Till in the day’s exciting main event. Keeping the main card moving ahead of the match up, featherweights Arnold Allen and Mads Burnell are now set to throw down in a battle for division supremacy. Burnell was seemingly determined to bring the fight to the canvas in the opening round. The fighter managed to bring Allen to the canvas multiple times, but failed to keep the fighter on the ground.

This will be a tough round for the judges.

Burnell brought the fight to the canvas early in the second round. This time, the fighter pressed Allen against the fence from top position. This was seemingly a dominant round for Burnell.

Burnell fired off with yet another successful takedown in the opening moments of the final round. However, Allen managed to get back to his feet.

Allen then sank in a choke attempt on his opponent, bringing the fight to an abrupt end for a submission victory in an incredible comeback.
