One doesn’t get much happier than me this morning when I woke up with no knee pain! ??? I had a casting out in Santa Monica this morning so decided to check out and train at @wildcardwest while in the area and randomly accidentally crashed the media workouts for the fighters on the undercard of #GGGMartirosyan fights this weekend… haha oops! ??‍♀️ But met so many people I look up to in this sport including Lucia Rijker (possibly best female boxer ever) who told me to be quiet ???? then later said good on me for just doing my thing and getting everyone’s attention haha. I strongly dislike strength and conditioning, but it is essential for me. So I’ve started just tacking a couple of exercises onto the end of each of my regular sessions so I will actually do it haha.
