Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor has been spotted in a sparring video making its way around the internet. Within the clip, the fighter can be seen intensely dominating his teammate.
“Notorious” is currently making headlines for an incident that took place in Brooklyn, New York. Inside the city’s own Barclays Center, the Ireland native lead a large entourage to a backstage loading dock by allegedly using the credentials of his own news outlet The MacLife.
McGregor and the large group then allegedly attacked a bus filled with red corner fighters for UFC 223, which was just days away at the time. The fracas was reportedly a retaliation from Conor McGregor for Khabib Nurmagomedov’s confrontation with SBG Ireland’s Artem Lobov from days before.
While Nurmagomedov was not injured, several individuals were harmed in the fracas. Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg were each pulled from their respective UFC 223 match ups due to injuries sustained.
McGregor is now facing misdemeanor and felony charges for the incident and is due back in court June 14. With that in mind, a video of the fighter back in training is now making its way around the internet.
In the video above, McGregor can be seen sparring with a teammate and putting on a dominant performance over the fighter. Check it out above.
