UFC welterweight Colby Covington has come forward with a heated message following former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum being flagged by USADA for a failed drug test.
Colby Covington first drew the ire of Werdum when he called Brazil a “dump” and Brazilians “filthy animals” back at UFC Sao Paulo on 2017. The two fighters would later cross paths in Australia, in which Werdum than struck Covington with a boomerang in retaliation for the statement. Covington pressed charges against Werdum for the alleged assault.
Well, it has since been reported that the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has flagged Fabricio Werdum for a possible failed drug test.
The fighter is being flagged for an out-of-competition drug test taken on April 25. The banned substance for which the former champion allegedly tested positive has yet to be revealed.
Now Colby Covington has taken to Twitter to offer a heated message on the matter. Check it out below:
