While stopping short of confirming it completely, UFC President Dana White was in attendance at today’s UFC Liverpool post-fight press conference, and was asked about the future of his biggest star Conor McGregor.
Dana White said he cannot confirm anything regarding Conor McGregor until his June court date is over and done with for the UFC 223 bus attack. However, the UFC boss did seem optimistic that Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Conor McGregor is going to happen.
Dana said, “I’m pretty confident that’s the fight that Conor wants. And, I’m pretty confident that’s the fight that Khabib wants. I can see that fight happening.”
Conor Mcgregor will go to court in just a couple short weeks, and Dana White said he plans to meet Conor McGregor in Las Vegas in the coming days.
