The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has completed another day of fights. Of course, this fight card came with its own controversy.
The highly anticipated fight card of UFC Fight Night 130 took place inside the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England on Sunday, May 27. The event was headlined by Liverpool native Darren Till.
The fighter put his undefeated streak on the line as he faced off against No. 1 ranked tow-time former welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson. The two mixed martial artists ultimately went the distance, with Till earning a controversial unanimous decision victory over his opponent.
Till earned a scoring of 48-48, 46-49 and 46-49 for the fight. Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson was awarded the first and third round of the fight.
