Joe Rogan Gets Brutality Honest On CM Punk’s Second UFC Fight

UFC commentating veteran Joe Rogan often speaks his mind when it comes to matters of the mixed martial arts world. Now the color-commentator has decided to voice his opinion on CM Punk’s sophomore octagon appearance.

Phil Brooks, better known by his WWE moniker CM Punk, exited the world of professional wrestling to pursue a career in mixed martial arts. Rather than starting on the regional scene or in a novice circuit, Punk’s first ever MMA fight was inside the octagon.

The pro-wrestler turned fighter went toe-to-toe with Mickey Gall back at UFC 203. Gall dominated Punk for a first round submission victory, sending Punk back to the proverbial drawing board for nearly two years.

Now Punk is set to make his big octagon return against Mike Jackson, another fighter to lose their octagon debut against Mickey Gall, at UFC 225. The highly anticipated live pay-per-view event will take place June 9 inside the United Center in Punk’s hometown of Chicago, Illinois.

Speaking on his podcast, as seen within the video above, Joe Rogan decided to offer his thoughts on Punk’s big octagon return. Within the podcast, Rogan revealed that he believes Punk will likely suffer another tough loss inside the octaing.
