UFC women’s bantamweight Cat Zingano has put on a storied career within the sport of mixed martial arts. Now longtime UFC commentating veteran Joe Rogan has come forward to offer his thoughts on Zingano’s explanation of why she fights.
Cat Zingano and Joe Rogan recently sat down to speak on Rogan’s new podcast the JRE MMA Show. During the segment, Rogan decided to pull up a video of Zingano’s stunning finish victory over Amanda Nunes as a topic of conversation.
Speaking on the matter, Zingano revealed why she finds getting a finish so important in fighting.
“I need to know what would happen, that’s why I want these finishes.” Zingano said. “We only get fifteen minutes to be able to tell ourselves what would have happened in that situation. When it goes to a decision, I’m pissed because I don’t know.”
