UFC women’s strawweight Mackenzie Dern added another victory to her growing undefeated record over the weekend. Now the fighter has taken to social media to share a photo of herself with her father.
Dern competed in front of her father and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Wellington Dias for the first time in her MMA career on Saturday, May 12. The fighter faced off against Amanda Cooper for her sophomore octagon performance at UFC 224 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Dern put on a dominant performance over Cooper, ultimately earning a submission victory over the fighter. Taking to Instagram, Dern has since decided to offer a photo of herself with her father to the rest of the world.
