The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is preparing for a series of exciting fights over 2018. With that in mind, it would appear that the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion has locked down a collection of interesting match ups for upcoming fight cards.
UFC featherweight Yair Rodriguez is reportedly set to face off against Zabit Magomedsharipov, as claimed by Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times. The fight will take place on the highly anticipated fight card of UFC 227.
UFC 227 will be featured live on pay-per-view. The event goes down Aug. 4 inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
As reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, featherweights Alex Caceres and Martin Bravo have also been locked in for a fight. The two mixed martial artists will throw down at The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale.
The event will be featured as part of International Fight Week. It all goes down July 6 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
As reported by Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times, UFC President Dana White is currently targeting an exciting match up between Cub Swanson and Renato Moicano for UFC 227 as well.
