Set for UFC 228 on September 8, Yair Rodriguez returns to action, after being brashly released from his UFC contract just a month ago.
Yair is one of the UFC’s rare circumstances, where he or his team caught Dana White on a very bad day, and felt the full wrath of the bald father.
After turning down a couple of fights that weren’t right for him, Yair saw himself on the sidelines, a once promising prospect destined for stardom.
Now that cooler heads have prevailed, the UFC has let the Mexican born KO artist back in the ranks, and have made his return official.
