Chicago, Illinois is hosting an exciting night of fights over the weekend. This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion is hosting the highly anticipated fight card of UFC 225.
UFC 225 is going down this Saturday, June 9, from within the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Kicking off the night’s FS1 prelims, heavyweights Rashad Coulter and Chris de la Rocha are throwing down for the Chicago crowd. Check out the UFC results from the match up down below.
De la Rocha opened up the fight at a swift pace, pressuring Coulter into the fence with a clinch. However, Coulter managed to pummel his opponent with a series of power shots after making his way back to the center of the octagon.
De la Rocha managed to get his opponent to the canvas early in the second round, raining down ground and pound from the fighter’s back. After having seen enough, the referee decided to call a stop to the contest.
