UFC welterweight Colby Covington has earned a reputation for his polarizing trash-talk. Now the fighter has decided to compare himself to the U.S. President in his latest rant.
Colby Covington is set to take on Rafael dos Anjos for the UFC interim welterweight title on the live pay-per-view for UFC 225. In promotion for the event, Covington recently spoke on the UFC 225 media conference call.
During the call, Covington decided to dredge up one of Pres. Trump’s most infamous statements in comparison to himself. Check it out below:
“I see the nerds saying I’m an underdog. You know who else was an underdog? The leader of the free nation, Donald Trump. And just like him, I will rule by grabbing these p**sies and putting them in their place.”
UFC 225 goes down June 9 inside the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
