Former NFL player Greg Hardy has become a polarizing character as of late. Once a defensive end for the Carolina Panthers, Hardy would go on to be released from the team after being convicted for domestic violence.
Hardy would go on to have the conviction appealed, with the verdict being overturned after the alleged victim ceased cooperating with authorities. Since then, Hardy has earned three victories within his mixed martial arts career.
Now the undefeated fighter is set to compete on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. Speaking to TMZ Sports, Dana White revealed his thoughts as to why Hardy deserves a shot on the show.
