Former UFC light heavyweight champions Rashad Evans and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson built up quite the rivalry over the years. That being said, it would appear that the mixed martial arts veterans are now on much better terms.
Evans and Jackson went on to coach against each other on a season of The Ultimate Fighter, as well as having gone toe-to-toe inside the octagon for UFC 114. Evans would go on to earn a unanimous decision victory over his opponent.
Taking to Instagram, Rampage Jackson recently revealed that he and Evans have seemingly grown closer over the years.
“#tb to the time i faced @sugarashadevans
Once my enemy, but now he’s like a brother to me.. but i still owe him an ass kicking”
Rashad Evans is currently set to face off against Anthony Smith at UFC 225. The highly anticipated live pay-per-view event will take place June 9 inside the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
