Ever since UFC one, the world of self-defense martial arts was forever changed.
I remember one time, many years ago, I was with Vitor Belfort at the Los Angeles Sheriff’s department while he was instructing the officers in self defense.
Now, many years later, and videos like the one above are common place. Police are using effective MMA moves in the streets to defend themselves.
This video though, the lady gains top position over the officer, where he failed at securing an armbar.
