UFC middleweight contender Yoel Romero went toe-to-toe with reigning champion Robert Whittaker over the weekend. Following the highly intense octagon war, a photo of Romero’s post-fight face is now taking the internet by storm.
Romero and Whittaker went toe-to-toe on Saturday, June 9, for the main event of UFC 225. The two mixed martial artists competed in a non-title fight for the live pay-per-view, as Romero missed weight for the match up.
In the end, Whittaker earned his second victory over the fighter. This time, the champion earned a split decision.
