Yoel Romero is gearing up to take on UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker in a highly anticipated title fight rematch. With that in mind, the mixed martial arts phenom recently offered a few words on how he has managed to stay in world-class shape during his life.
Speaking on the recent episode of UFC 225 Embedded, Yoel Romero revealed how he stays in shape in his 40s.
“I have a normal life.” Romero said. “I no make something special or different. I have discipline. The only thing I do different is that I don’t go out too much. My energy is only for training.”
The fighter will face Robert Whittaker on Saturday, June 9, for the main event of UFC 225.
