Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is back under contract with the UFC, back in the USADA testing pool, and back in the UFC’s heavyweight title hunt.
Ineligible to compete for another six-months, due to USADA’s testing pool requirement, Brock Lesnar is expected to fight Daniel Cormier in January of 2019.
Now, another hurdle has presented itself, the Nevada State Athletic Commission, the other governing body that suspended Lesnar for a failed drug test, isn’t done with him yet either.
In addition to a suspension, the NSAC also fined Brock Lesnar $250,000.00 when he tested positive in his UFC 200 fight against Mark Hunt.
The unfortunate thing here though, is that Lesnar never paid that fine, resulting in an indefinite suspension from Nevada.
In order to make Brock’s return a reality, this debt must be settled.
Stay tuned.
