Two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier has stated multiple times now that he wants to retire at the age of 40, which is less than a year away for the light heavyweight and heavyweight title holder. With that in mind, D.C. has now confirmed that his final fight inside the octagon will be against former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar.
Directly after beating Stipe Miocic for the heavyweight belt, Cormier called out cage side Brock Lesnar for an octagon war. As Lesnar currently has to finish out the final six months of his suspension for a failed drug test, the two fighters won’t be able to compete for quite some time.
With that in mind, Cormier is interested in getting another fight in before taking on Lesnar for his final match up. Check it out within the video below.
